SOLD: Moorish cocktail cabinet

This is a playful statement piece that would be ideal as a cocktail cabinet. It complements an arabic or ecclesiastical inspired interior or can simply be a splash of joyful colour.

Originally a 1980’s reproduction corner display cabinet, it’s a well made piece of brown furniture but I could see why it’s dated look no longer appealed to the owner.

I took my colour inspiration from the cover of a Waitrose Food magazine which was all about Spices. The cover kept on winking at me and I loved the use of the vibrant blue/turquoise to set off the earthy reds, oranges and gold spices.

The blue/turquoise and burnt orange have been mixed myself from Farrow & Ball paint. The glass door has been painted in gold.

Dimensions: 180cm h x 68cm w x 48cm d

Disclaimer: Each item is uniquely hand painted and pre-owned and may have a few age related marks or minor brush strokes.

Delivery: Free delivery in Bristol and 15 miles radius. Please contact me to discuss a courier/delivery cost when ordering from further afield.
